I have lost my Nav Bar of my website

  I build this page using Elementor from some theme.
  A long time ago I wanted to have it super clean and I removed the navigation bar / top menu. “Top bar” is enabled in Customizing>Header.
  Main Menu locations are correct.I am not sure where else I could find the problem.
  any kind of help would be Appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
