  I need to find out why I have paid twice for wordpress and cannot get onto my account to sort it out

  I cannot contact anyone as cannot get onto my site and worse still I have paid twice

  Hi @nccjmoss, could you log out, and log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders? That will be your best bet.

  If that isn’t working, you can use the secure form at wpchrg.com to locate the charge and reach out to billing directly.

  If you don’t have the email, the wpchrg.com form is your best first step. If you’ll let us know what the associated domain is, we can also check to see what can be done from our end.
