i have lost my paid premium account

  Hi

  I cant gain access to my premium account which I have paid for on WordPress. Please help me resolve this issue, with the information of my credit-card which is connected to the account.

  This is outrageous – I have all information from elementor to the domain name and hosting service which is providing me with the ability to edit my content in your dashboard. Please keep in mind that I have paid for my access, and I have therefore abundant reasons to appeal for my state of conduct.

  Please help me resolve this issue, as I can’t gains access to the WP support team.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
