I have lost the Home page

  I have a Home page but it is not a tap in the menu and it is not a page in my account. I think I have deleted it, how can I restore it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In the usual set up, the homepage displays your recent blog posts. The theme you are presently using (The Morning After) has an unusual set up in that it displays a number of posts in an abbreviated format.
