I have made a payment and have not recieved a reciept or the website.
Money has been taken from my bank, yet when i open the profile on wordpress i can not see that i have the premium that i have paid for. One point is that the email address i used for the new website and domain that i just paid for was a previous email address i had years ago. So i dont know if that is related. Either way i have not recieved a reciept. I want a refund now!

I just took a look at the account you’re using to get in touch with us, and I couldn’t find any purchases linked to it. It’s possible that you have more than one account and made the purchase with a different one.Could you please share the domain name you purchased so I can take a closer look for you?

The issue you’re encountering is that the purchase was made under a different account that’s linked to another email address.
In this case, you’ll need to log out of your current account and then log back in using the other email you may have used. Once you’re logged into the correct account, you can request a refund by following this guide:

Hey. I used the same email (email visible only to moderators and staff) for the domain i just bought. But it also happened to be an email i used for a previous free domain i used to set up. I dont understand why you are mentioning refund. I just mentioned refund because im annoyed of this. I want to use the website that i bought. khizzeralamtherapy.com
