  I already mapped a primary domain but I would like to park a second domain I own for the same site.

  You can do that by following the same mapping process:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Just make sure you keep the primary domain on your account set as resonablenewyork.nyc here:

  https://reasonablenewyork.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  That way, additional domains you add will redirect to that address.

  Yes. If you plan on mapping a second domain to your site, you would need to purchase an additional mapping upgrade.
