I have mapped a domain name I now want to unmap

    Hi, I would be super grateful for help. I have a wordpress site that I mapped to a domain to but it caused problems for remote access on my domain, so I had my domain settings put back but the wordpress site still maps to it and that means I cant see my wordpress site at all. I just want to reverse the mapping so i can see my blog again when i go to davidnewton1.wordpress.com and it no longer directs to davidnewton.co.uk. I read that it might need a happiness engineer to do this but I can not find how to contact them! Thanks so much

    I’ve removed this mapping and refunded the associated charge. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
