I have messed up when I setup a new blog. I used the same email for both, please

    Hi

    I have a blog

    http://plexity.wordpress.com

    the email addy has always been

    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    then I setup playinperil.wordpress.com

    and I stupidly didn’t read:

    ” Issues Changing your E-mail Address
    If you attempt to change the e-mail address in your Personal Settings and find that it never sticks after saving the changes, the issue is quite simple. The e-mail address you are attempting to use is probably associated with another WordPress.com account. Because the e-mail address is the unique identifier of all users, each address can only be associated with one WordPress.com account. Thus, if you attempt to change it, it will not allow you to do so.”

    But I can’t do that! Whichever I log in with it tells me it is already in use.

    What a mess I have made.

    Now – these are my DESIRED settings for each blog, to keep the 2 blogs separate:

    the new blog –
    http://playinperil.wordpress.com
    should have (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    as its email
    and my username is/should be
    playinperil1apb and nothing else [but see below]

    At least I gave this new blog a different password from my longrunning blog, which continues

    the longrunning blog –
    http://plexity.wordpress.com
    which was and should be using
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    as email
    and the username as ever is
    plexity

    and the way I messed up was that I THINK
    I might have used my (email visible only to moderators and staff) adress
    as the USERNAME for playinperil

    can you change this for me or give me idiot proof instructions?
    please, so I can get to my desired settings for both separate blogs, please.

    I may have messed up the email address and used it for the new blog, AT THE SAME TIME
    or, stupidly changed the email for my longrunning blog BY MISTAKE
    to the onetel.com email addy, instead of the other way round.)

    please advise/sort out for me – thank you!
