I have my account locked because of a policy violation that I still haven’t found out yet, need help urgently!

  I have been locked out of my account a few minutes ago, I have reread the wordpress terms but still do not know what mistake I made, my web just attached youtube and facebook link, added 1 code to update the gold price. Does anyone have a case like me? Hope your help.
