A blog is a website and there is no such setting for the entire blog. We do have such settings for posts and or pages.
What is the title or URL of the post in question please?
Will you provide a screenshot for Staff please? I’ll tag this thread for their attention. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

Please be sure your timezone is set correctly. The default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General. There you select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu and then click “save changes”.
If you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog this is what you see here

Site Title __________
Tagline __________Timezone
Choose a city in the same timezone as you.
“save changes”To locate draft posts go to Dashboard > Posts > All Posts
Hover over the title of the post and click the Edit link.
http://musingsimplicity.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=draft&post_type=postThen you can check the date stamp and timestamp in the publish module, edit it https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/schedule-a-post/ and only if required take a screenshot for Staff.

But i have it set for “publish immediately”. And instead it’s saying “scheduled to published”.. Also, since I thought maybe I hadn’t pressed publish immediately, I pressed it 2 more times. Does this mean it is now “Scheduled to publish” 3 times? yikes. Also, the ‘scheduled time’ it shows me keeps changing to my current time.

I don’t see any scheduled posts for your site.
What is the name of the post you’re having an issue with?
Once you give me some additional clarification, I will be more than happy to continue addressing your issue.
