  I had a website domain set up with wordpress before, now we took down the site and wanted to build a new one. We cannot use the same domain with the new account.

  Can you tell us the domain?

  The account you’re using to post here is less than a day old and has never owned any domains with us before, so we don’t know what domain you’re speaking of. If you had this domain with us on WordPress.com, it belonged to a different account.

  The domain belonged to a different account and we thought we already deleted that account. So when we tried to use the domain with the newly set up account, it’s not available to use.
