  I purchased a domain for my site as well as a professional email and now I don’t have access to the purchases .Help

  It sounds like this purchase was made under a different user account. Try signing it at WordPress.com with the email address where your receipt was delivered. Additionally, you can use the payment details in the account recovery form to regain access to that account if your’e unable to locate the receipt.
