I have no admin bar/dashboard

  I just started a WordPress blog and cannot find an admin bar or dashboard. Also, My homepage has this message across it:

  Welcome to your new site! You can edit this page by clicking on the Edit link. For more information about customizing your site check out http://learn.wordpress.com/

  This shows up for anyone accessing my site. Any suggestions on how to correct these issues?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, your site came with a headstart to help you with your theme. Can you go ahead and click edit next to each item that needs editing? Or for the widgets, you can click the customize link for your site then edit them under Widgets.

  You can administer quite a bit from that bar in the lower right and with the edit links, and also via the https://wordpress.com/sites page. You’re also welcome to edit via wp-admin:
  http://jeffgalliganphotography.com/wp-admin .
