Hi Rachel,
It looks like you were able to successfully add some DNS records for your domain, which you can see here:

Just click “Edit Domain” and then “Edit DNS”. Can you let me know if you’re still having trouble?

Jeremy,
Thank you so much!
I do need 3 things actually.
1. My website is flipping back and forth between the old one and new one (directed it to here from an old hosting site)
2. GoDaddy gave me 4-5 CNAMEs to put into the DNS area that won’t take.
3. How do I get this e-mail onto my phone and imail like I had before?
Thank you so much for your help!!!

Hey Rachel,
Please see below:

Odd…I’m thinking this might just be a caching issue. Can you try clearing your browser’s cache? Instructions can be found here:
GoDaddy gave me 4-5 CNAMEs to put into the DNS area that won’t take.
Can you let me know what the CNAME records are for? It looks like you’ve added records for an Outlook email account. Are you also trying to add them for a GoDaddy email account?

That’s honestly going to be a better question for your email provider. Each provider is going to have different settings to log on via your phone and through third-party apps. I’m sorry I can’t help more here!
