I have no idea how this account got created

  Please help me. I want to delete this annoying account but I don’t even know how it got created. I host on wordpress.org and have set up a Gravatar. Is that where this wordpress.com account is coming from? It seems like accounts are bleeding together and I’m not sure what is going on.

  Hi there, yes, a Gravatar account and a WordPressdotcom account are one and the same.

  Howdy –

  Yes, your Gravatar is the same as your WordPress.com account. If you delete the WordPress.com account you will no longer have a Gravatar one.
