    ON THE OLD FREE BLOG THERE WERE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW to put your main pick ture and title of blog,in fronT of your newest post—NOW ITS COMPLETELY LISTS OF “little characters”that look as explainable as ANCIENT GREEK LETTERING.O.O

    NO, ANCIENT GREEK was not this bad.EVERYONE ANCIENT AND GREEK knew what the f— what they were doing. I don’t have hours to study these “scratches”.(and I’m 73)–I only am doing this blog to write–because “Blogger”is also even worse. Is there some reason software designers at WordPress are trying to DISCOURAGE BLOGGING? CAUSE it’s really looking that way. :-()

    OK,where’s the explanation that says”Put the blog picture in front(above)of the latest post.”–THAT’S IT.—YAASS,HOW do I do it?simply.

    WHY DOES THE FRONT PICTURE,FRONT PAGE, NOT HAVE ALSO THE NAME OF THE BLOG?YOU KNOW,the actual TITLE OF THE BLOG?CAUSE I don’t want”free blog”to be the TITLE OF MY BLOG. NO ONE cares whether it’s free or not.–They really don’t care.What they do want to see is THE NAME OF MY BLOG–(maybe)and what the latest subject of my post is.HAH HAH. ^o^

    ARE YOU having trouble giving away the free blogs? I can’t believe that. you guys, putting”free blog” above my blog, instead of the blog name,isn’t necessary. ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME,knows that I’m TERRIBELY CHEAP. HAHA. I’M a skinflint,natives of Oregon were often very poor unless they got a job in another state.Most of us LEFT OREGON.–Which is why few people ever meet a native.BUT,YES,THE USA IS SO DARN EXPENSIVE I should live in South America. :D>:( hah hah–and work as a lazy,bad housekeeper. ^_~ ^0^(I hate housekeeping–and gardening!)HEE HEE!

    I’m not sure I understood your question here. You are trying to set up your site to look like the demo here? https://twentytwentydemo.wordpress.com/

    Your site is using the Twenty Twenty Theme currently, and that is how it could look when it is fully set up. The reason yours looks different is because you have not published any content yet (pages or blog posts) so the “footer” that is normally you out of view at the bottom of the page is in your case the only content other than the image you have added.

    If I can ask, you are trying to set up a personal blog for yourself? Or is this to be a site for your business or something else instead? Do you happen to have any sites (does not have to be WordPress) that you are drawing inspiration from or trying to emulate?

    Possibly we can find a theme that will better fit the kind of site you are tryin to set up, you do not need to use the theme you have on your site now. You can see we offer many other options here: https://wordpress.com/themes/
