I have no more access to my account

    Hi,
    I have a site called

    Currently I can’t access the dashboard anymore and urgently need help.

    I am not sure which wordpress account is active, as this one is not the right one and I can never login to WP with my email nor the username…

    I am very confused and desperately need to access the link.

    It is NOT a server issue.

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
