I have no “options” tab on my dashboard. Where is it??

Forgive my noobness. I’ve asked this question before, but could never find my post again for answers! Boy, this stuff is tough for an old technically challenged crone…
I can’t find an option button other than page options, which does not contain any of the links this forum says I should find in <options.
