My account was set to auto-renew despite no saved credit cards. No purchases have been listed, but my credit card has been charged. The email on the account received no emailed notice before the charge There is no way for me to cancel these plans. I want a refund. I want my premium plan and domain mapping canceled.

I checked the mgraves2016 WordPress.com account history, and there are no purchases listed for that account. It sounds to me like you may have made a purchase using a different account name in the past and that could be where the charge is coming from. There is one blog listed for the mgraves2016 account, and I checked the user list for that blog but I don’t see any others listed there. Is there
