I have no theme change option

why can’t I change my theme? I think (email visible only to moderators and staff) is the admin account I used to set up someplans.wordpress.com, because I have an email sent to that address asking me to approve a user. But now the “change theme” options are not available to me and I seem to not be the admin. How do I get my admin rights back for the blog I created?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

So if you go to http://someplans.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php doesn’t give you any option to activate another theme? Can you access this page, because if you aren’t an admin you won’t see this at all.

You can see whether you are still an admin/what role you are here: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs but if you were the original owner, it should be impossible for your role to be changed. If it somehow has been, we’ll need some staff support.

If you are admin and can see the theme page, what are you seeing, does it not say activate underneath the themes at the bottom of the page?
