I have not been able to change the tagline of my blog
-
I have been trying to change the tagline of my blog from bushfiresafetyjoanwebster.wordpress.com to joanwebster.wordpress.com. I filled in everything required, but there was no where to Save or OK. I tried again and was told that this name ‘cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved!’ I was also told I could not use my email address of (email visible only to moderators and staff), as it also was ‘reserved’. However, as you can see from this email, this is my own email address. Please inform me how to complete this tagline change.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Not every theme displays a Tagline. A Tagline (not a blog description) is meant to be a very brief branding message. Your expanded blog description is meant to appear on your About page.
The Site title (blog name) and/or the optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General … “save changes”.
That is exactly where search engine spiders look for the site title and removing it from there can cause issues with getting your content indexed. Note that the site title (blog name) and blog address URL do not have to be the same but it’s better for SEO (search engine optimization) if they are the same.

This is not what I asked about.
I have been trying to change bushfiresafetyjoanwebster.wordpress.com to joanwebster.wordpress.com.
I fill in all required fields, but the process will not complete by being saved and actually changing the addressPlease inform me how to complete this.
