    I do not understand the product and I do not find any benefit in the upgrade. I want to keep my domain but I am very disenchanted with the services. I understood that I was paying for tech support and that I had 30 days to cancel. I decided to pay up front because I liked the free service so well. Once I paid, I could not use any additional features. I was unable to find any way to contact tech support or cancel my services until after 30 days had happened.

    I do not want to continue to pay for the premium service but I do want to keep my domain. Please help me.

    Hey Jaco,

    No problem. I can cancel your Premium upgrade!

    As you know, you paid $99 for the upgrade. If you want to keep your private domain registration ($18 for the domain name/mapping and $8 for the private registration), I can refund you $73 immediately.

    You can also keep your domain without the privacy filter on your domain’s contact information, in which case I’ll issue you an $81 refund.

    Thank you very much. I do appreciate your assistance. I would like the $73 refund, please. I want the $18 service with the domain/ mapping. I think I want private registration but I don’t know what that means. Can you help me?

    I went ahead and refunded you $73 to start. The funds should be available on your account within the next several business days. I’ve removed the Premium bundle from your account

    Regarding the private registration, this hides your contact details from the public domain record like this:

    http://who.is/website-information/lifewithjaco.com

    If we disable the private registration, your contact information will be publicly available.
