    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    The refund for your personal plan was issued on 12 October. You can view the receipt in your billing history here:

    As @timethief said above, refunds can take 1-2 weeks to reach your account after we issued it. That is the time your bank takes to process it, so if you haven’t received your refund yet the delay is on your bank’s end. Please contact them to follow up on this. You can use the transaction ID in the receipt as a reference for the refund.

  • I’m sorry to hear that, but you’ll need to please follow up with your bank on this. Once we instruct our payment provider to send the refund it’s between them and the bank who issued your card, so please contact your bank and provide them with the PayPal transaction ID that appears in your receipt.
