I have not received my refund

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have cancelled my purchase for ‘Domain Mapping’ within 30 days of the payment. It has been about 3 weeks of the cancellation but I have not yet received the refund.
Please help. Thank you

Please provide detail such as:
- The username account that purchased the upgrade.
- The underlying .wordpress.com blog the upgrade was purchased for.
- Any domain URL that is involved in the transaction.
- The date the upgrade was purchased.
- The date the refund was requested.
If you purchased a domain URL through waordpress.com and kept it to use it on another site then, of course, there will be no refund for that portion of the upgrade.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

It looks like you filed a dispute over the purchase. Once that happens, it is out of our hands. You will need to talk to your credit card company,I’m afraid.
If you cancel the dispute, I can process the refund.

I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
