  Hi, I cancelled this as it was renewed without me knowing so I cancelled immediately. I was told I would be refunded but I haven’t been. I was charged £51 without my consent so I expect to be refunded this amount please. Thank you

  Many thanks for reaching out. I can see this charge has been refunded and cancelled.

  The refund should appear within 10 days of the refund date on the statement of the card that used to make the purchase.
