  I have not received my refund for my old blog upgrade which I cancelled, now over two months.
  Please let me know.

  Hi Rita –

  We will need to hear from you under the account where that refund was processed. There’s no history of any charges no the account that you are using here.

  Typically it only takes 10 days for a refund to reach you. My suggestion is to ask your bank when they’ll be releasing the funds back in to your account.
