I have not received my refund money

Hello there, I have purchased the premium membership from wordpress but then decided to go for a self hosted blog. And I cancelled my membership.
But I have not received any refund of as of now . Can you please help?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As stated on the refund page in the support area of WordPress.com:
How will you refund my payment?
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.
If it has not processed yet and has been more than 5-7 business days, I’ll also be tagging this with modlook just in case so we can get staff to verify the status for you.

It appears that my colleague who had helped you with the cancellation did not process the refund correctly. Sorry about that.
I’ve now processed the refund, and you should see a receipt for it in your billing history:

You should receive that refund in about 10 business days.
