I have not received re-fund money yet

  Dear sir/madam,
  I had a mistake when bought your package on Nov 17, 2016 (99$/year) after that I canceled the package immediately on Nov 17, 2016 and only keep the package Domain Mapping with 13$/year. You said that I will receive money (about $86) after 7 days but now more than 19 days I still have not received the refund money yet.

  Please tell me why and re-fund money for me?

  Hello –

  I see that the refund processed on 11/17/16. It looks like the refund processed correctly from our end. Typically it will only take 7 business days to reach your account. However, the credit may be listed as a reversal and not a credit, making it more difficult to locate on the statement. Have you been in contact with your bank about the refund?

  I have not been in contact with my bank yet.

  My card is a debit visa not credit visa.

  I contacted with my bank yesterday and they said that they are processing and it takes about maximum 50 days. it is very slow but I will wait and let you know the result when they tell me.
