  I have not requested to renew my site but charge 05/1/2021 $438 please refund .can you please cancel the service not to charge again

  Hi there,

  We offer a full refund on all upgrades and renewals if you contact us within 30 days, but in this case it appears that you also disputed the charge with your bank. When you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee.   If you are willing to cancel the dispute with your bank we might still be able to refund you ourselves. Otherwise you will need to wait for our payment processor to complete their investigation, which could take eight to twelve weeks.

  I have not requested to renew

  All WordPress.com plans automatically renew annually. You agreed to this when you accepted our terms of service and renewal policy at the time you bought your eCommerce plan in 2019, and we sent you a reminder email that the renewal was coming up on 4 December. You could have disabled auto-renew or completely cancelled the upgrade at any time before it renewed.
