  I have not used this site or domain name but payment has been automatically renewed without any notification can I please cancel the site and have a refund , thanks

  You can cancel your domain renewal and receive a refund if it has been less than 48 hours since you were charged.

  To cancel your renewal, navigate to https://wordpress.com/me and select “Manage Purchases”. From there you can click on the domain name that has just been renewed and choose to cancel it.

  After requesting the cancellation, you will be sent an email with a link to confirm the cancellation. Your upgrade will not be canceled (and any refunds will not be issued) until you click that link to confirm that cancellation, so watch out for that.

  On a final note, automatic renewal is the default but can be disabled by choosing the option to cancel your upgrade. If you cancel an upgrade outside of the 2-day refund window, then it will remain active until its expiration date and then not renew.

  Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain romanceandjoy.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using romanceandjoy.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

  Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.
