    In the process of changing my password. All I want to do is upgrade and you’re making it impossible. I will PAY you for the privilege of paying you to upgrade if you just solve my problem

    What is the username and/or email of the account you are trying to regain access to? Or, what is the URL of the site that is connected to that account?

    If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

    You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
