I have only the wordpressfolder (Can i get into my site anymore or is everything done?)

    Hello
    Im trying to get in my wordpress acc but i cant.

    The problem is that i moved this website twice
    First i have created in wamp my wordpress website.
    After this i hve moved it in a live free server just too look how it looks like .

    The problem is that this domain from the free server doesnt exist anymore as my wp-login.php.

    My question is:
    I have on my Pc the wordpress folder / phpmyadmin.
    Can i get my website with this 2 things or do i have to create a new one?
