Hi –
I think the trouble here, is that your domain is connected to a different account from the one that you’ve used here. The site is online, active, but you need to be signed in to view it.
The best way forward here is to recover access to the account. You can do that by submitting proof of ownership through the account recovery form. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

Ah, I forgot to mention that once you regain access to that account, the business plan that was purchased grants you access to our 24/7 live chat support. To access that you’ll go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact/

Hello – the user has also posted the following in a now closed thread at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/i-may-not-have-provided-sufficient-information-about-my-delemina/#post-3531854
Hi, I believe I have 2 WP installs – one new and one old. .ORG or .COM?
Old one is 2-years + old and intended to be my online SHOP and has been under construction for most of that time. One URL to open both https://elrussell.blog/ FYI: the eMail I currently use is (email redacted)
The NEW WP SETUP (It is to be removed.
I was hacked recently and in the process of installing stronger software I added eSET (I use a Mac) and I installed a Plugin requiring a stronger login. (I do not remember its name – the plugin stops every effort to login. I share part of that the blame by not knowing which WP install is the WP.com and which is the other variety of WP installs.
I have read the manuals about recovering your login, with no success. All I want to do is open the front door on the OLD WP site. The hackers made a mess of several things (including making off with the site’s IP data.)
I can clean up the mess once I get the ability to login.
Could you look into this? If not, please let me know who in the WP kingdom might be able to fix that? I cannot get Jetpack to do a rollback. The only remaining operative backup of the system is The Time machine and a total factory re-install of the OS (remember, I need the original (OLD) setup. [note do I need to upgrade to get live phone support?]Thanks in advance – ELR

You’ll need to regain access to the account first in order for us to help you.
As my colleague mentioned, we have some options for you at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
Once you regain access to that account, the business plan that was purchased grants you access to our 24/7 live chat support. To access that you’ll go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact/

Hi – I have a complete SHOP I have worked on for two years.: that included: (WooCommerce, Stripe, Xero, AMAZON PAY at either WP.com or WP.org one is bogus. here are the links I used before I had 2 WP sites –
my email is encrypted at both ends
https://elrussell.blog/ NEW (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I have tried to OPEN BOTH COM & ORG using the timed links you provided (thank you). and generated identical solutions – BOTH open an empty (NO SHOP) version
So I do not continue bothering you with this – here is my proposal. Use your collective tech skills and DISABLE the gatekeeper plugin that is blocking all attempts at a login. Allow me to enter. Currently, I can log in to the newest version of my site but it is almost void of content so I cannot fix the problem with a JET PACK rewind back to my last birthday. (good enough to meet my needs.)GOOD NEWS – Should I gain entry, I will do two things (1)) eliminate the influence of the PLUGIN and then (2) use my JET PACK to take the site back to my last birthday. I can restore most all changes – most are cosmetic.
If there is a reason your team cannot open the correct site, please tell me why. Just open both.
PLEASE RESPOND by Email. (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Thanks in advance – stay safe.

It would be better to continue in your earlier thread to keep all information in one place:

Hi, I’ve merged your threads so all of the info is in one place. For us to help you on our end, we would need you to contact us from the correct account.
Are you able to do that? Here’s how you can recover access if needed:
