Hi there!
I noticed the Business plan was removed from sgbc934404557.wpcomstaging.com automatically because a dispute was opened against the Business plan payment.
Since you want to keep using the Business plan’s features, please get in touch with your credit card provider to cancel the dispute.
Let me know if you have additional questions. -

Hi there,
Sure, please check with the site owner and let us know in case of any questions. Once they have cancelled the dispute and it reflects on our end, we can check and guide further with restoring the Business plan.

It’s obvious we’re a business customer from our records and an admin issue has inadvertently caused this. The feedback I have is that the card used to pay for subscription needed to be cancelled urgently. Please note that subscription was already collected by WordPress. Would simply entering the current active card into the billing part of wpadmin fix this? If not is there anyway to contact someone from WordPress support to help resolve this?

Hey! @dperrands
I know this situation can be frustrating, and I’m sorry you’re dealing with it. Because the payment is currently in dispute, we aren’t able to retry the charge with a new card or restore the plan from our side — the dispute has to be cancelled first with your bank.
