I have paid for a domain and I have confirmation, not appearing in account

    I bought the domain tutorlabacademy.com on the 9th of September for £100.80. I have the confirmation email to prove it. I changed my email address on my wordpress account from tutorlabuk@gmail.com to tutorlabacademy@gmail.com. When I purchased the domain tutorlabacademy.com in September the email address on the account was tutorlabuk@gmail.com. I’ve changed it to tutorlabacademy@gmail.com and since then I can’t see my domain but I can show you the confirmation email to show that I purchased it.

    STOP creating multiple duplicate threads, you won’t get better or faster help. You already got answered 4 months ago at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/icann-verification-14/. But it seems you ignored the solution you got from a Staff member.

    I’m sorry I didn’t know if it posted. The advice 4 months ago still has not resolved my query. As a customer who has already paid. I would appreciate some help in being able to resolve this matter. The advice prior was that they believed I bought it on a different WordPress account which was not the case. Can I have further assistance.

    I did not ignore the solution. I am struggling for 4 months to get this simple issue resolved. The multiple thread issue was because after posting I could not find my question anywhere. I apologise for that but can I please have help getting my domain please.

  • Hello @tutorlabacademy, I checked the details again and can confirm that the solution we provided in the other thread is correct. In case it was missed, I am resharing it below.

    I just checked our records, and the domain tutorlabacademy.com is registered with us. However, as staartmees mentioned, it’s linked to a different account you own. The reason you’re not seeing it right now is that you’re logged into the wrong account, with a different email.
