I have paid for a domain named website but no longer have access

    I have a business website but maybe I missed a payment? How do I get any support to fix my access to my website? When I log in to wordpress it just says I don’t have admin access to my website.

    Hi there,

    What is the website URL you’re trying to gain access to?

    We may need to tag this for staff to look over your account.

    Also, did you buy a new domain or make any domain name changes recently?

    Thanks jbeats1. Appreciate the fast reply. Turns out that I haven’t logged in for a while and didn’t remember that I created and paid for this GSuite/wordpress domain website using a @gmail.com email rather than my business domain name email.

    When I was trying to sign in with my @gmail.com WordPress kept denying me saying that I needed to use my business domain name email. Except that isn’t correct. I pushed through their error messages to reset my password getting an email sent to the @gmail.com and it worked. I’ve gained access again.

    Wordpress just really didn’t want me to sign in with it for some reason.

    Oh gotcha!

    No problem! WordPress uses the email you signed up with no matter what you add so that’s why, but, it can be confusing.

    I’m glad you were able to log in!
