I have paid for a Premium site ($99.00) but still get prompted to upgrade to it.

    Hello, I have not been able to develop my blog – started on New Year’s eve 2012!!

    Although I paid $99.00 to have a premium level site I still get a prompt to upgrade from the “freebie”. What’s happening here and how do I get going with the Premium site which I have paid for????

    Also (1) On the Premium site how many blogs can I have?
    (2) If I want to go commercial on my blog what does it cost to move to the next level??

    THE ON-LINE HELP IS VERY GENERIC.

    (1) On the Premium site how many blogs can I have?

    With the exception of the Guided Transfer, all upgrades are per year and per blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/

    (2) If I want to go commercial on my blog what does it cost to move to the next level?
    If you want a commercial blog then hire a web host and setup a WordPress.ORG install.

    This is an empty blog that does not appear to have any upgrades activated on it at all from what I can tell. After one buys an upgrade such a a domain they have to act to implement it. As I don’t know what’s going on I’ll tag this thread for Staff attention. Subscribe to the thread please so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.

    I do not see any upgrade purchases for the felicitysforum user account or the blog at felicitysforum.wordpress.com.

    You will see prompts to upgrade a site such as this without any upgrades.

    Most upgrades, including Premium, are on a per-blog basis.

    If you have another blog under a different account, please let me know and I can take a look at that for you if necessary.
