I have paid for a premium subscription but have only access to the free site!

I would have thought that the title of this post says it all, but a bit more detail: I paid for a premium subscription in May, and this has all been going well. Over the weekend, I upgraded to a business subscription but then cancelled it. I have now appear to have lost my premium subscription on the account as well and have been downgraded to a free account. WordPress are not replying to my emails because they think I have a free account …

When you cancel an upgrade, you cancel the last upgrade you made, which in your case was the business plan. It subsequently downgrades to the free site.
