I have paid for an upgrade to premium by mistake. How do I get a refund. I

  I think I have now change to a basic account renewal, but paid on paypal m/c for a premium can. I would like a refund to my master card and to check what my plan is and if I need to link to the domain name clivecarousel.com

  Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for the premium subscription and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
