I have paid for the renewal a few times and it will now renew!

    I keep paying to renew my page and I cannot update my page to use my domain name. I only want to pay for it the one time (so please refund the other times – $13 x a few times is starting to add up…). This is ridiculous. If I can’t get it to work, I might just need to refund this and the other $99, plus everything else.

    Hi there,

    I see only three recent payments on your account:

    – $149 today for the Premium Plan and Google Apps subscription for your site, http://organizedsoulorg.wordpress.com The domain on that site, organizedsoul.org, was registered today and will expire in January 2017

    – $99 on 2 January for a Premium Plan which it seems you cancelled today. It has been refunded.

    – $8 for renewing the Private Registration on your domain, accidentlydomestic.com That domain is showing as having expired 76 days ago and it is beyond the point where we are able to recover it, so I have also refunded that $8 to you.

    The rest of the payments didn’t go through because we were unable to renew that domain.
