i have paid the basic plan but why does it still ask me to pay? I already paid 48 dollars for one year subscription.

  i need to know what is happening. i have paid the basic package. when i want to edit my page, it asks for payment in which i have already paid.

  Hi @manivoice79, it sounds like you probably have more than one account, as I can’t see any upgrades on this one.

  Can you log out at https://wordpress.com/me/account and ensure you’re logged in with the username you used when you bought this upgrade?

  Or, if you’re not sure what that username is, send us a link to your upgraded site and we’ll look it up for you.
