    I have paid twice once, £52 and another £41, all I was trying to do was get the Blink Theme Webpage to start using and editing please. If you could give me a full refund I would be very grateful or refund the £52 and I will try again please – do I need to pay for a premium also, is that needed to activate the blink theme even though I pay for that please?

    Hi Phoebe – You can request a refund via your Manage Purchases page. Find the upgrade you would like to cancel and select ‘Cancel and Refund’. The last step is to complete the confirmation screen. Once requested, it can take 7+ days for it to be posted back into your account.

    No, you do not need the premium plan to utilize the Blink Theme with your site. I have refunded £85.00 to you from the premium plan purchase. It will take 7-10 business days for you to see the refund reflect on your bank statement.
