  This forum only provides support for free sites hosted on WordPress.com. We cannot help with designing or converting custom templates for the open source version of WordPress.

  You can try asking in https://wordpress.org/support/. If the people there are also unable to help you, they might at least have an idea of where you can go for help with this.
