    Yes, you can create an e-commerce site using WordPress.com plugin WooCommerce. In order to install this plugin you’ll need a Business account. Currently you are using WordPress.com free tier account and it doesn’t give ability to install WooCommerce plugin.
    To upgrade your account,
    1. Login to WordPress.com
    2. Navigate to Plan from MySites, click on Plans tab and upgrade it to Business plan. Pricing and features of all plans can be found here, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
    3. Once your upgrade is done, you can have custom domain for your site.
    4. Switch to your site and from MySites navigation menu. Click on “Plugins” option and search for “WooCommerce”. Read the description and install the plugin.

    5. You’ll see Store(Beta) option appeared under MySites. Click on it start configuring your e-commerce details.
    6. Once you’re done with everything click on “View & test your store”. You should see Cart and other options in you site menu.
