    Hello!

Speaking of your WordPress.com dashboard — I have resolved the issue with your domain. You can manage your WordPress.com site properly now.

There was a Jetpack connection error for your domain, which resulted in your site dashboard not working properly.

Regarding your old site — since you mentioned that your plan expired, it might not be possible to restore it, so you can import the old site contents into your current WordPress.com site.

💡 What I suggest is the following:

    • Contact your previous hosting provider and ask them if you can still access the site there
    • If you can still access it (assuming that they didn’t delete it), make sure to export your old site contents and import it into your WordPress.com site by following this guide:

If you want to move content to WordPress.com from another WordPress site (either WordPress.com or a WordPress.org site), use the Import Content option. This option will import a copy of your pages, posts, and media to your new WordPress.com site, but not plugins, the theme, or other design elements. ⭐️ Once again, assuming that your previous hosting provider did not delete your site after your subscription plan expired there, you will be able to import the old site contents into your current WordPress.com plan 😊

If they deleted it after your plan expired, it might be impossible to recover your old content.

    Accessing Live Chat Support:

From the upper right corner of your dashboard click on the question mark icon. If you hover on it the text will say help.

A new menu will open on the right side of your screen beneath that question mark.

At the moment I took that picture Live Chat was not available. This happens from time to time because we are staffed by human beings and not robots. What you can do is refresh your page and check back at the top or half past the hour. This forum, and email will always be available to you as well with that premium hosting plan.

I noticed that your domain still needs connected to the plan. Would you like us to handle that? The only reason not to do this would be if you planned to use that premium hosting plan with a different domain.

Not sure if you have custom email on the radar for this project? It’s an affordable way to enhance your professionalism and branding when working with clients or site visitors.
