  Hi @adarshhalan this user has posted multiple times referring to a custom domain. If you click on their username, you’ll see their latest posts on this topic and that this is a duplicate thread.

  Also, the wpcomhelp tag in the sidebar indicates they’ve used the contact form. Queries from WPcom accounts with upgrades are directed to either LiveChat or email when they post there. Everyone else has their query posted to the community forums.
