I have problem with displaying cyrillic text in dashboard

    Dashboard’s font
In my blog everything is correct. There are set of theme fonts. This problem shows up in the admin panel and on the resources of WordPress, which uses the Cyrillic alphabet.
    Example: http://vallyol.files.wordpress.com/2013/08/wp1.png
Such was my account options before switch to English interface: http://vallyol.files.wordpress.com/2013/08/wp.png
Here is the now my dashboard: http://vallyol.files.wordpress.com/2013/08/wp18.png
The problem is caused by the open sans font: http://vallyol.files.wordpress.com/2013/08/wp10.png
Styles “light 300 and normal 400” are not displayed in Opera.
A sans-serif font is missing in my operating system (Linux).
The problem is manifested in the Opera browser. My preferred browser – Opera (12.16 – the latest version for Linux).
In fact, open sans font has problems with Opera. On another computer, Opera replaces open sans to the system font DejaVu (there also the Linux operating system).
In my case … I cleaned the cache and history, I deleted the cache folder of Opera. I deleted a file with the settings of the Opera operaprefs.ini (such a “hard reset”). After removing the configuration file and run the Opera trouble seeing Cyrillic briefly disappear – the browser starts to use your preferred system font. Its DejaVu… But only as long as I use it to visit the WordPress. Open multiple tabs in a browser and then return to the WordPress – return the problem with Cyrillic fonts.
Possible to solve this problem? For example add in font-family of some cross-platform font?

    P.S. I’m sorry for my google-english :)
