this is my billI canceled it at paypal without any action I found a new solution and I need a Domain with .de which you cant deliver so i hope you can help me with the cancelation and i get my money back. I was in vacancy and contactet the german support who couldnt help me so i hope you can help #modlock

You purchased the Personal plan, rather than the Premium plan? You can only apply for a refund (via “Manage Purchases”) if less than 30 days have elapsed since you purchased the upgrade. Purchases should be cancelled via WordPress.com rather than via PayPal too. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
I have tagged this with modlook for staff assistance (and to perhaps remove your transaction id).

This is the first contakt to the german forum but she couldnt help me after that i was on vacancy without internet so after coming home again i contacted again german support but nothing was working

April 2017 – 11:20leider wird das noch nicht angezeigt es steht nichts wo ich den kauf rückgängig machen kann wahrscheinlich weil es noch nicht aktiviert ist ich möchte aber einfach mein Geld zurück und habe es bei Paypal schon widerrufen Ich kann käufe verwalten aber wenn ich auf kündigen gehe kommt ein Feld wo ich upgrades machen kann

Yes I think its the way to get a cancelation of the Premium and to get the money back

Correct. I’ve processed the full refund for you. Typically these take about ten days to reach you. Sometimes international refunds can take a little bit longer. After ten days, it’s best to contact your bank and inquire about the refund through them. Best wishes :)
