I have published a post with a sticky image but it won't display

  I have a number of Sticky posts that display in the main heading but cannot get the post recent post to appear here http://johnewrightnews.com
  The post http://johnewrightnews.com/2015/02/12/3d-printer-event-february-25th-2015/ should show in the sequence and i’m 99% sure all other settings are correct and consistent with previous posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you make sure the featured image you’re setting is at least 750px wide? If the featured image is not at least that wide, the post will not be shown in the featured slider.

  Got it! I suspected something like that but couldn’t find a reference in the theme spec’. Happiness achieved. With thanks! A
