    What is the URL of the domain you purchased? I do not see a domain purchase under the account you are contacting us from. Did you purchase the domain from a different host?

    If so, to use your domain hosted elsewhere with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to change the domain nameservers at your domain host and point them over to WordPress.com. Our nameservers are:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    Then, you’ll need to purchase the connection subscription upgrade as a part of a paid plan so that you can connect your domain to your WordPress.com site.
